Michael was born in Schenectady, NY. Michael received his Bachelor of Arts in 2000 from The State University of New York at Albany. After graduation from his undergraduate studies, Michael entered into the New England School of Law in Boston, MA. While studying law in Boston, Michael worked as a certified legal intern prosecuting criminal cases at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office. Michael was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003. He began his legal career in Florida working as an Assistant State Attorney in the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas and Pasco Counties. During his years of service as a prosecutor in Boston and Florida, Michael prosecuted dozens of criminal trials, ranging from traffic tickets to first degree murder. Michael now practices in the areas of Criminal Defense & D.U.I. and Personal Injury & Accidents.

Philip M. Piazza, Esq.Philip is a native Floridian, born and raised in Tampa Bay, where he graduated from Tampa Jesuit High School in 2003. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Business and Master’s in International Business from the University of Florida, Philip returned to Tampa Bay where he attended Stetson University College of Law. While attending Stetson University College of Law, Philip worked as the teaching and research assistant for the Professors of Contracts, Commercial Transactions, Leases & Licenses, Torts, and Law Practice Management. Additionally, Philip served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Daniel J. Perry of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida. Philip worked as a Certified Legal Intern during his final semester, where he represented the people of the state of Florida in prosecuting criminal cases at the Pinellas County State Attorney’s Office in the Sixth Judicial Circuit.

Jason Thomas, Esq.Jason is a native Floridian. He received his Bachelor of Science in 2001 from Florida State University. After graduation, Jason entered Florida State University College of Law. While studying law, Jason assisted in lobbying the Florida legislature for multiple sessions and worked as a certified legal intern prosecuting felony criminal cases at the Leon County State Attorney’s Office in the Second Judicial Circuit. This included litigating four (4) felony jury trials as lead counsel. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005.
