Kelly was born in Tennessee and grew up in the Tampa Bay Area. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and English from The University of Florida in 2009. Kelly later attended The University of Alabama School of Law, where she was Student Note Editor of the Alabama Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review. During her time in law school, Kelly enjoyed helping the community by volunteering at The Habitat for Humanity Wills Clinic and at the animal shelter. Prior to joining LeavenLaw, Kelly worked at a law firm in Brandon, FL, where she assisted consumers with filing bankruptcy and defending lawsuits from credit card companies and debt buyers. Today, Kelly primarily practices Credit Card Defense and protecting consumers from creditor harassment.

Michael was born in Schenectady, NY. Michael received his Bachelor of Arts in 2000 from The State University of New York at Albany. After graduation from his undergraduate studies, Michael entered into the New England School of Law in Boston, MA. While studying law in Boston, Michael worked as a certified legal intern prosecuting criminal cases at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office. Michael was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003. He began his legal career in Florida working as an Assistant State Attorney in the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas and Pasco Counties. During his years of service as a prosecutor in Boston and Florida, Michael prosecuted dozens of criminal trials, ranging from traffic tickets to first degree murder. Michael now practices in the areas of Criminal Defense & D.U.I. and Personal Injury & Accidents.

Sean grew up in South Windsor, Connecticut, and attended Villanova University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy as a four-year member of the water polo team. After graduation, Sean earned his Master of Arts in Accountancy and spent several years working in Boston, Massachusetts for Ernst & Young LLP’s commercial audit and assurance department.
